Czarny Las Club

To show our gratitude for Customers attachment to the Czarny Las Palace Hotel we developed an exclusive club program to reward our frequent visitors and friends for using our services.

Participants of the CZARNY LAS CLUB receive the status of VIP visitor that authorises them to take advantage of several privileges.

 


PROGRAM REGULATIONS

I. General provisions
1. The Regulations define rules of participation in the Czarny Las Palace Hotel loyalty program called CZARNY LAS CLUB. The program is addressed to individuals aged over 18 who are the Czarny Las Palace Hotel Guests.

II. Terms and conditions of the Program entry
1. The program may be accessed by the Czarny Las Palace Hotel Guests who having fulfilled one of the following conditions:
a) using one-time hotel or restaurant service of total minimum PLN 2000.00 gross price,
b) three-time hotel stay during 12-month period covering one check-in,
2. CZARNY LAS CLUB CARD issued at the hotel reception after having submitted access application form makes confirmation of the Program access.

III. Information about the CARD
1. The card issued by the Czarny Las Palace Hotel personnel is neither a credit card nor a pay card and has a number ascribed to the Program Participant as his identification.
2. The card may be used exclusively by the Program Participant and the card privileges cannot be transferred to any third party.
3. The card is valid for indefinite period and its issuing and participation at the Program is free.

IV. Program rules
1. In order to use the Program Participant rights the Czarny Las Palace Hotel personnel should be informed about the CZARNY LAS CLUB membership and presented the card at check-in or at the restaurant while making an order.
2. The CZARNY LAS CLUB card does not entitle the holder to discount for services commissioned to other companies or physical persons by the Hotel.

V. The Program privileges
The Club members enjoy the honours of VIP Guests and many others particularly including:
1. Price discounts at individual hotel stay
a) for hotel service in the amount of 10% gross price
b) for restaurant service in the amount of 5% gross order price
2. Price discounts at closed events (wedding receptions, First Communion parties etc.)
a) for hotel service in the amount of 5 % gross price
b) for restaurant service in the amount of 3% gross order price
3. A bottle of wine voucher.
The voucher is issued to the Club Member on a one-off basis together with the Card. The voucher is ascribed to one specific wine bottle and may be used at ordering a meal.
To realize the voucher, the Card must be presented at ordering a meal. The dispensed voucher must be left at the Czarny Las Palace Hotel.
The voucher is not a circulating medium and may not be exchanged for cash. Duplicates shall not be issued in case of the voucher loss. The voucher may not be transferred to any third party.
The voucher remains valid for 1 year of the receiving date.
4. Other privileges:
a) Special welcome of VIP Guests: Each Card holder receives an appetizer to the hotel room.
b) An opportunity of later check-out Upon former agreement with the Reception personnel the CZARNY LAS CLUB members may use an extended check-out time until 16:00.
c) Notification about offers. The Club members shall be at first notified of the Hotel special offers by the Hotel reception personnel.

VI. Personal details
1. When filling in the application form the Guest accepts personal data collection and processing (pursuant to Personal Data Protection Act Journal of Laws No. 133 item 883) for marketing purposes of the Czarny Las Palace Hotel. At the same time he agrees or not to receiving at his given address information on promotions offered by the Czarny Las Palace Hotel.
2. Registered users are eligible to review, edit or delete their personal data.

VII. Final provisions
1. The Card collection means the Holder’s approval and acceptance of all the above Regulations.
2. The Hotel reception personnel is the Program coordinator authorised to provide members with help and any information related to the Program.
3. The participants of the former LOYALTY CARD Program of the Czarny Las Palace Hotel are automatically given the status of the CZARNY LAS CLUB Program Participant with all related privileges and along with the Card are given a voucher specified in section V item  2a of the Regulations.
4. Timely payment of all sums due is an indispensable condition of using the benefits of the loyalty Program.
