How does cancellation of reservation work?

A 50% prepayment of the stay value is required within 3 days of booking to confirm the reservation. The remaining payment is made upon check-in. In case of cancellation, the prepayment is non-refundable.

Is access to the spa included in the price of the stay?

Yes, Guests using the weekend for two package have access to the Wellness Zone (jacuzzi, saunas, brine graduation tower) from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
